Shipping

We ship all UK orders from our warehouses in the UK. EU and international orders are shipped from the UK, and relevant shipping fees will apply. Please note, we offer free shipping for subscriptions and orders over £50, but this only applies to mainland UK.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking. 

If you have any questions about your order, please contact hello@drinksoulbrew.com with your Order Number and we will be happy to help. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 working day, although from time to time, it may take us a little longer.

Returns Policy

Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:

  • The products are damaged or defective
  • The products are in the same condition that you received them
  • The products are unopened
  • The products are returned within a 60 day period from receipt

Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. 

If your circumstances align with our Returns Policy, please email to hello@drinksoulbrew.com co-ordinate, using the subject line RETURNS or EXCHANGES.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
