We ship internationally and all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders to the mainland UK are delivered within 2-3 working days of purchasing. Please note, we offer free shipping for Subscriptions and orders over £50, only applies to mainland UK. For international orders and locations outside mainland UK, shipping fees will apply.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking. We do not require signatures upon delivery and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

Returns Policy
Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:
The products are damaged or defective
The products are in the same condition that you received them
The products are unopened
The products are returned within a 30 day period from receipt
Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.
If your circumstances align with our Returns Policy, please email to hello@drinksoulbrew.com co-ordinate, using the subject line RETURNS or EXCHANGES.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
